Modify the Location Where the Templates and the Other Types of Files Are Saved

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Options, click File Locations.
3. Click the location corresponding to the type of files or templates of which you want to modify the location.
   To be able to modify the location for a particular type of templates, you must first select, if not already done, the Specify directory by files types check box.
4. Click  .
5. Select the path where you want the files or templates to be saved.
6. Click OK twice.

Note: By default, Personal Taxprep uses the UNC paths to define the network locations of these files. If the network configuration requires the use of mapped drives, we recommend that you change the format before you proceed to the location's modification of the different types of files.
